Cut
Your cutting list goes on the beam saw. Sides, shelves and doors come out of each 2750 × 1830 mm sheet with a 4 mm saw cut between them, grain running the right way.

Edge
Matching edging is glued, pressed and trimmed onto the edges you marked, so the cut chipboard is sealed and every door looks solid.

Supply
Add soft-close hinges, runners, handles and legs at the same counter. You leave with a kitchen in parts, ready to assemble.

What a real
board is made of.
A melamine board is a pressed chipboard core with a decor paper fused to both faces. Gloss and SilkTouch boards add a lacquer layer on top. The edging you choose seals the cut edge.
Our boards are made in our own factory, which is why they cost 20 to 30% less than the big brands. Same layers, same thickness, same saw.
